I currently don't have a 360, but if this works, I'll add it to my thread.

Nice Find

Or mb just let someone hit you on youre team then jump off and get a beytralal and boot him Wink or you could let the other team hit you then jump off. Or even better do the Gaurdien Glitch and then kill youself with it at the last secound before you die. Its only 1 point I have had to do it many times and I always end up in the double digits Smile

Why would you bother doing tricks and booting people out for the sake of one point? Confused

No, if this does work, it would have to be a suicide. It possibly works because a suicide has a long enough respawn that the camera changes (to following someone else) so it has to reinitialise.

Does anyone else have any evidence of this working, especially in regard to splitscreen players, where the image covers both screens?

I found this a few days ago, but didn't think to much of it. I jumped off of lockout and I thought tht the pitch white did it. Not sure about the whole suicide count but I think it was the color that did it.

Dunno though. Confused

umm, i dont think it has to do with anything like that... the shadow follows you from game to game, no matter what map, so i doubt killing yourself quite does the trick...

I only had this happen to me once. I was playing on backwash and then i went to Coag for team snipers and it appered half way through the game. But once the game was over it was gone.

Yeah I dont have any proof but I have done it loads of times its the only thing that works to get rid of the Shadow or the "Darker" lockout. So it works for me Smile

mmm...My friend Nick got rid of it by turning the TV on and off in game. He got killed while doing so, but it got rid of the shadow none the less.

Oh and anouther way of doin this (more complitcated) is hit the "A" button when you die and hopefully one of youre teammates jumped off the edge and it goes away!! I still dont understand how this works but if you have the camera on them the screen will go back to normal Smile

juts to clraify you do not simply commit any suicide, it has to be jumping off the level such as on lockout for it to go away
