at the beginning when the flood open the door, u can stand in the corner and the door bumps u up, also, i did not use this, but u can use the shields and just backtrack towards the beginning

You can get in to the ceiling in the maw by the door that the flood slams open. You position yourself right and you just pop right in to the ceiling.
